Customer Question

Hello Dr. David.
A little about my history. im a 53 year old female. I do smoke and have panic attacks " triggered by the smallest of things. " I worry 24/7 just about everything. I have arthritis in both my hands around the thumb joint and last year both knees have begun to hurt with a bakers Crystal Behind the right knee. I get weekly allergy Injection .
In February my WBC was reading at:
WBC 13.2
Neutrophils 57%. Absolute 7.6
Lymphs 28%. Absolute 3.7
Monocytes 9%. Absolute 1.2
EOS 5%. Absolutely 0.6
Basis 1%. Absolute 0.1
Had blood work done last week and Now everything has gone up.
WBC 15.8
Neutrophils 60%. Absolute 9.6
Lymphs 23%. Absolute 3.6
Monocytes 20%. Absolute 1.6
EOS 6%. Absolute 0.9
Basos 1% Absolute 0.1
Doctor now wants me to see a specialist . .. I am so very worried to what is going on. Do these reading mean I have leukemia or lymphoma ?
Thank you for your time.

your WBC count level is not at the leukemia or lymphoma level.

WBC count of 15.8 can be from chronic viral infection.

you could be battling a viral infection or long term irritation or inflammation in your body.
