I am sorry you have been having these digestive issues

your doctor should test you for gluten allergy

you should keep a food diary of what you eat to see what foods cause your worse diarrhea and bloating symptoms

you may need to avoid gluten wheat protein in pasta, bread, pizza for 1-2 weeks and see if your symptoms get better

you may need to avoid milk and dairy and lactose in milk and ice cream for 1-2 weeks and see if your symptoms get better.
