aspiration and pneumonia would tend to cause cough.

sounds like you have a bad viral infection or cold. you should see a doctor at the ER or urgent care center

and get a chest xray and some blood work.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
No cold symptoms whatsoever.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 7 months ago.

you should got to the ER and get heart testing to check your heart.

Don't think you telling me to go to ER was helpful at, I'm not an idiot, just had a complete Cardiac workup. No issues, my rt side if chest hurts to breathe.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 7 months ago.

that is good you had a recent heart workup.

chest pain can also be a sign of a blood clot or pulmonary embolism in your chest

this can cause chest pains and difficulty breathing.

a chest CT angiogram scan can look for blood clots in the lung.
