Hi! I was dismissed from pain management because they claim my drug test were negative and i know i take my medication, I'm also on dialysis and have chronic vomiting. If i can proof they were wrong will they take me back?

I have had patients who have been urine tox screen negative and I knew they were taking the percocet pills I was prescribing.

some patients you have to get a urine quantitative opiate level instead of urine screening tests which are not as sensitive

also you are getting dialysis which can wash out pain medications out of your system.

I would ask your doctors for a repeat or retest with a more sensitive urine quantitative opiate level which will show you are taking your medications.
