I have to switch from lantus and humalog to Novolin N and Novolin R.
Customer: replied 24 days ago.
Lantus and Humalog will (as of January 2017) cost me nearly $2000 a month, out of pocket, and I only make $34,000 a year. So you can see, this is impossible. I am type 1 diabetic, male, 56, non smoker, 224 lbs.

I can help.

Can you tell me your dosages of lantus and humalog and when you take them?

Customer: replied 24 days ago.
I take 90 units of Lantus at bedtime, and 35-50 units of Humalog (range) per meal. I usually eat twice per day. My last a1c was 7.8
