If there is no local tenderness or signs like swelling redness , warmth etc... it is likely that the pain is coming from the lower spine.
A central disc prolapse or bulge can cause testicular pain.
You may take an advil for pain relief and see how the pain goes.If it persists you may benefit by a doctor examining your lower back and prescribe appropriate drugs.
This is not an emergency if there are no local testicular signs or symptoms.

Pain only on standing indicates that it is mechanical in nature which favors disc prolapse as a cause.
