diabetes can cause kidney failure.

diabetes can cause dysfunction to the bladder

she could have neurogenic bladder

she needs an ultrasound scan of her bladder to see if it is distended and not emptying properly.

medications like effexor, paxil, sal palmetto could help her with her hot flash symptoms

she needs her thyroid hormone levels checked as well.
