Arm pain when lifting them up, in absence of trauma can indicate a muscle pathology whether it is a muscle tension or an inflammation of the muscles. A neurological exam can help with further diagnostic testing that would be needed.
On another note, chest pain can present in atypical fashion in women as "arm pain" or "jaw pain" - sometimes women can be completely asymptomatic while having a heart attack.
I would advise an urgent exam to first rule out any cardiac origin of the pain you are suffering from, to be followed by a neurological exam next.
If your heart is not behind the conditions above, then muscle strain and/or muscle myopathy (inflammation) can be worked on next.
