Customer Question

I'm a 37yr old female.
I have a history of fibromyalgia and scoliosis. I was just recently diagnosed with functional dystonia. I believe I had cervical dystonia and not scoliosis from the start. I have the following symptoms now
- weakness in my hands
(I can't hold my phone up without supporting my arms)
- my dr did a blood test and said I'm anemic. They did an emg a few months ago for ALS and it came back ok, they did a test to check for my diaphragm function (fluoroscopy) and it was normal but it feels like it is being strangled. They did a blood test to check for oil pulmonary embolism and it came back normal
- I have pencil stool
- trouble breathing
- I have trouble swallowing
- twitching all over my body
- I have crepitus when breathing
- my nostrils are glaring when I breathe
- I can't cough
- I can't suck from a straw
- I have loss of appetite
And loss of thirst
- I have 3 herniated discs in my spine from the scoliosis.
- is there anything you think this could be?
Do u think it could be ALS? Or something else like cancer etc? Thanks

ALS is a rare neurological condition.

your symptoms don't point to ALS

you could have pinched nerves in your neck or carpel tunnel syndrome

which could cause weakness in your hands.

severe anxiety symptoms can cause many of your other symptoms

pencil thin stools is not a sign of cancer.

you could have asthma as well.

severe anxiety can take away appetite.

have you had an MRI scan of your neck spine?
