Hi Dr. Ashori here.

Did you have any kind of bleeding of the skin or bruising?

Expert:  Dr. Ashori replied 5 months ago.

It's normal after a strong blow to the head to have nausea, dizziness, confusion and even problems with balance.

This can take a few weeks to resolve.

It's called a concussion, you are correct. It's important to take your time and let yourself recover slowly. If you push yourself too much and make your brain work too hard then symptoms can get worse and it can take longer to recover.

If you area able to walk straight and otherwise are able to function besides the headache and shakiness then I wouldn't be worried about kind of brain bleed, usually the symptoms will take a few weeks and eventually resolve.
