I read the other post that you posted.

You mentioned that you are feeling well otherwise.

However, with the kind of sweating that you are having I would like that you should be seen to be sure.

In your situation I would recommend that you should have an ECG and a blood test to make sure that the heart is doing fine and blood test because I would like to rule out any thyroid dysfunction.

Sometimes viral infections may just cause sweating, so that may be the cause in your case.
