Dear *****

There a few possible causes.Common among these are deficiency of vitamin b12 which is the nerve vitamin and which is necessary to keep the nerves functioning well. You need to have your blood checked for vitamin b12 levels and take vitamin b12 supplements if it is found to be on lower side.

Other possible common causes can include polyneuropathy, small fiber neuropathy and multiple sclerosis. You need to have yourself examined by your doctor to rule out these conditions.

Please reply if you need any clarifications.
