Hello, I'm Dr Palmer. Is this your blood pressure right now?
Also how old are you and are you on blood pressure meds?
Are you drinking fluids? urinating normally?
That blood pressure is not necessarily dangerous. But it's hard to pinpoint why its low. Where do you run normally for blood pressure? If you are experiencing lightheadness, passing out, shortness of breath, headaches then you may need to see an urgent care for IV fluids. But there are people who walk around with this blood pressure and do just fine. So unless your symptomatic and the pressure is not dropping further then you should be fine. If you are having fevers, chills, then this could be from an infection and at that point I would see a urgent care/ ER.
Your chest hurts? is it pressure?
You need to get to an ER immediately to be evaluated for heart attack or angina. This is not normal. It could be other things, but You should be evaluated. You are telling me you have low energy as well, which is another reason your heart should be evaluated. Also, blood clots in the lung can cause this, along with low blood pressure. You need a chest exray, an EKG, and some blood work now. That's my recommendation for you.
Good, take care.
