Pain and stiffness from physical thearpy. Dr says mid october. But my job is really physical.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 2 months ago.

you may not be ready by mid october.

every patient is different.

you may need to ice down your shoulder daily after physical therapy to help decrease inflammation and pain.

you may need to improve your diet with more protein and more fruits and vegetables to help with healing.

you should avoid smoking and alcohol to help with healing.

if you need more time to recover from surgery to get back to work, you may need more time.

was this a workers comp surgery?
