Well as you describe,it can be possible to have sinus infection.
And your dizziness can be associated with eustachian tube dysfunction(blockage of eustachian tube-a narrow passage leading from the pharynx to the cavity of the middle ear, permitting the equalization of pressure on each side of the eardrum.).
Other possible cause may include Cervical spondylosis.
You should try some self care measures like
Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.
Also take steam inhalation and saline gargles.
You can take OTC Motrin and Coricidin HBP
You should do gentle massage with muscle relaxant ointment and warm compresses on back of neck.
Take OTC Meclizine for dizziness.
And monitor your blood pressure also.
You should elevate your head while sleeping.
If your symptoms'll not improve then see your doctor for a clinical examination for further evaluation and management.
