Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

You have Gilbert's syndrome since other liver enzymes are normal.

This is due to the hereditary conjugating liver enzyme defect.

Indirect bilirubin is usually higher than direct bilirubin.

Not clinically significant.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
