some people take valerian root supplements to help them sleep and decrease stress
some people use benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help them feel sleepy and more relaxed
but there are better medications your doctor can give you to help decrease stress and anxiety.
regular exercise, meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, pilates, stretching can also help decrease anxiety and stress as well
