Customer Question

Hi Dr. Bray...I know you may not be online rite now but you can answer whenever...Should a person be concerned if they took a nap and only meant to sleep for an hour or so (which is my norm) and ended up sleeping for 4 1/2 hours instead? I never ever do that, I have been a little more stressed lately but have never slept that long for a nap...Its got me weirded out a bit.

Hello !

Hmmm -- duplcate question it appears ...

Either that or my reply did not register ...

You have no reason to be alarmed at a single day of a long nap like that however ... No to that ...

Sleep deprivation or stress may cause that ...

I hope that your husband is doing ok ...

Best regards!
