Hello, this is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 month ago.

your lower number or diastolic blood pressure is high.

you should take your blood pressure twice a day and record them

and see your primary care doctor

you may need to go on blood pressure medication to help lower your blood pressure.

also cutting down on your salt intake can help lower your blood pressure

regular exercise can help as well.

how old are you?

do you have a primary care doctor?

I've also recently been experiencing severe insomnia for about 3 or 4 weeks

that is good you have an appointment.

keep monitoring your blood pressure

work on cutting down on your salt

work on regular exercise which can help you sleep better and help you lower your blood pressure.

you can try tylenol pm or benadryl as well 25-50mg to see if that helps you sleep better.
