Two days ago developed a slight soreness under left chin in upper neck. When I feel it, it feels like something is swollen like a gland or ligament. What should I do? It is a little tender feeling.

I would go and get it looked at in person

The fact that it is painful is a good sign

Means probably infection that is easily treatable

Go to urgent care.

No risk of cancer or anything like that though
