Have had mild pain in lower right stomach area for appproc two week on and off. Also had flatulence.
JA: How long have you been in pain? Are you experiencing any vomiting or nausea?
Customer: No vomiting or nausea just feels like pressure on bowl
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Have had regular colonoscopy for pollaps they have said i have diverticulitis

I am 65 no mucus in stool. I take twynsta blood pressure pills. have mild bloating no constipation. no burning sensation during urination. no frequent urination

Well as you describe,possible cause of intermittent pain in lower right abdomen can be associated with intestinal spasms,Ureteric colic,Diverticulitis.

I would recommend you some self care measures until you see your doctor.

You should hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

Also start probiotic.

You should take OTC Mylanta gas.

You should start clear liquid diet include Broth, Fruit juices without pulp, such as apple juice,Tea or coffee without cream

As you start feeling better, you slowly add low-fiber foods.

Also take OTC Motrin.

Do warm compresses with a heating pad on affected area.
