Lately, for the past two months, I've been having this

Customer Question

Lately, for the past two months, I've been having this "sensation" for lack of a better word that I must apply pressure to different parts of my body like my head, neck, stomach, etc. I would describe it as something similar to when you have to grind your teeth, only it's different body parts and the "sensation" is very distressing. For some reason, it frightens me that this is happening and I don't understand why, nor can I seem to control the impulse to apply significant amounts of pressure to my head, neck, stomach, etc. It's so strange and scary! Every time I try to google something like it, I keep getting results for things similar to accupressure, which is clearly not what I'm trying to get answers to. Please help!
