Is the pain in a part of your breasts, or rather in the chest wall?
How old are you? Thank you.
Chest wall pain in the breast area is often due to costochondritis, which is an inflammation in the cartilage where the rib connects to the bone. It is fairly common, requires no specific treatment, and usually goes away with time.
You can take aspirin or advil for the discomfort.
As long as you have no breast lump or other abnormality, it's quite unlikely to be anything serious. Best wishes.
