Drink too enough water, don't use spicy foods.
Avoid junk food and do regular exercise.
Also take appropriate sleep.
Fresh orange juice can help you because it has antioxidant effects.
Try honey and some added lemon in warm water every morning before your breakfast for few days.
Eat a bland diet.
You feel better in next few days.
