I lifted heavy equipment and after I'm having shortness of breath. Its been 2 hours already. My friend said it sounds like I'm skipping breaths. Also I feel like I have a lump in my throat.
JA: How long have you had the lump? Is it hard or soft?
Customer: the lump is on and off maybe a week or more. I don't know how to explain if its hard or soft all I know it feels there's something in my throat
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

it sounds like you are having excessive anxiety symptoms or panic attack type symptoms

anxiety can cause you to have a lump in your throat and shortness of breath symptoms.

or you could have strained or pulled a muscle in your throat
