Cold hands, feet and nausea after icing; what do I do?

Customer Question

My 40 years old daughter got a very bad concussion from an auto accident ten days ago. She had light traction in therapy today and after icing tonight for twenty minutes tonight she has cold hands n feet and nausea. Do we need to go to the hospital tonight?
She has been a healthy person before the accident.

You should do gentle massage on soles of feet.

Also monitor her blood pressure and pulse rate.

She should be hydrated properly with Gatorade.

Also give her OTC Prilosec and Tylenol.

Give her warm liquids.

Elevate her legs.

If her symptoms will not improve in next 1 hour with such self-care measures then visit emergency room.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
Thanks.
