Inflammation in testicles & regular headache. What do I do?

Customer Question

I have pain and inflammation in my testicles. I have headaches everyday too but no nausea. Urine tests came clean twice in the last 15 days. All STDs are negative. What should I do next? I have been healthy all my life. I am 42 years old.

You should see a urologist. Infection is not the only reason for pain in the testicles. It can happen from prostate disease, hernia, varicocele, and infection that does not show up on urinalysis or STD testing. Headaches are probably a separate issue.
