JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?

JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Thanks for this question

I'm Dr. Phil, practicing internist and medical specialist

I would advise that you skip your dose today due to the low pulse

Then restart tomorrow.

It is less of a risk to miss a dose than cause a heart block, which this can do.
