i have just been diagnosed with diverticulosis and was told avoid any kind of nuts that can give diverticulitis once nuts or undigested food gets lodge in the intestinal folds and i love nuts so how can i get on the day off diet that i saw today with dr. oz show , by the way i am 75 yrs old going on 76 with diabetis type2, high cholesterol,gastric reflux and heart with palpitation.also i don't really do or maybe exercise sometimes
