Customer Question

I have blood blisters on my arms. Often they occur after scraping my arm on a cabinet. They are unsightly, sometimes bleed, but not painful. They usually require a long time to disappear. I would like to lessen or eliminate them.
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: Am on metoprolol, aspirin, lasix for A-Fib. Have had 2 unsuccessful ablations for A-Fib and successful lariat procedure to reduce stroke risk. Otherwise health is good. Hmm 76 years old and quite active.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Had cranial bleed which required surgery several years ago. Surgery caused slight left side handicap in leg and arm. Have undergone therapy and now pursuing exercise therapy at local gym with trainer.
