It depends on the blood thinner and you should NEVER stop any drugs without talking to your own primary care doctor

So meds like aspirin would probably be continued in most cases

But drugs like coumadin or xarelto probably wouldn't

it depends on the surgeon and the drug

some surgeons will operate on anything and some are more conservative.
