Dr. Bray, you didn't really answer my question about the blood. I was worrying about contaminating someone else. I realize I can't give myself the blood pathogen, but how about the store employee / facilities I came in contact with ? Could I have infected them ?

No that is very very unlikely ...
Do you carry any blood borne disease anyway that you are aware of ??
But another person would be at more risk with intimate contact ...not that you had dried blood if yours on your skin. .
