Hi there. Have you tried an anti-fungal cream?
This is a very common area for fungal infections (e.g. jock itch) due to the heat and moisture. These infections normally respond well to antifungal creams (e.g. miconazole, clotrimazole) but often require 4-5 weeks of treatment to go away completely. In the meantime, be sure to keep the area clean and dry. If you sweat a lot down there, try using an over-the-counter antifungal powder such as tolnaftate every day to keep the skin dry.
