This needs immediate exam.
If you can not go to the doctor's office go to urgent care or the ER.
Infection is the most likely cause.
If you are older, a lesion in the bladder could be the cause.
Kidney disease can sometimes do this.
Don't wait on this any longer.
You need a urinalysis, and most likely you need an antibiotic.
