Im sorry to hear about your symptoms. Can i ask what is your age and gender? Any other medical conditions or medications? Any fever following the cold sensations?

Since you seem to be offline, ill leave a response here which we can discuss later This sounds like an infection more than anything else. As to where the infection can be present, that would have to be determined with the help of a clinical examination. The dry heaves could suggest that you have developed a gastrointestinal infection, and it can be bacterial in nature given the rigors which you are having. Secondly the weakness and pain all over your body as well as the lightheadedness could indicate that you have a low blood pressure. If this is the case then you NEED to go to the ER as soon as possible to have this treated. The shaking which you experienced are known as rigors and can be a sign of a serious underlying infection such as pneumonia, gallbladder infections and even kidney infections. But regardless of the cause, your current conditions does warrant an urgent clinical examination and further testing to determine what is the underlying. Im more worried about the unsteadiness and lightheadedness which should be managed IMMEDIATELY. So go to urgent care or the ER and dont delay.
