Hi

welcome to JA and thanks for asking

You can take some over the counter anti histamine like cetrizine, along with steam inhalation.

Use tea and soups to soothen the throat.

You can take some anti pyretic like tylenol cold to relieve the symptoms.

It will take 5-7 days to get settled

Good luck

Sneezing will improve with the use of anti histamine like cetrizine or loratadine. Green tea has some beneficial role in soothen the throat . Generally speaking hot fluids do help .
Mostly it's a viral infection and takes it usual time of 5-7 days on average to settle unless complicated by a bacterial infectionGood Luck
