Hi

Thrush is not typically green.

It is white, white yellow.

Thrush might be possible, but this can not be diagnosed just by appearance.

Hairy tongue syndrome can cause this.

Smoking, tea, certain foods.

Other infections.

I suggest that if this is new you have an exam, get it swabbed, and base your course on your doctors recommendations and lab findings.
