Hello,

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe nausea, stomach cramps, chills are suggestive of Viral gastroenteritis in your case.

Most of the viral infection subside by their own in a week.
The main line of treatment include
Drink plenty of water and Oral rehydration solution(Gatorade)
Take metamucil.
Eat a bland easy to digest food.
Take Peptobismol to relieve nausea.
Take OTC Meclizine in case of severe nausea as well.

You can take OTC Motrin.

Also you start a probiotic.

Take OTC Prilosec.

Avoid carbonated beverages,caffeine,alcohol,spicy fried food.

Take OTC Simethicone.

Monitor your blood pressure.

If the symptoms'll persist then consult your nearby doctor for further evaluation and management.
I hope this helps.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
