About once a month I have strong pains in my upper stomach

Customer Question

about once a month I have strong pains in my upper stomach and will sleep most of the weekend. I have been scoped through my mouth to the stomach and nothing was wrong.. Had stress test and heart is fine. I do have sleep apnea with no treatment. It takes a while for me to fall asleep due to the pain. When I first wake up the pain is gone but comes back after being up a few minutes. Any suggestions?
