Hello,

I'm Dr Chaithanya attending you

If it looks like a cyst with fluid or blood, it needs to be punctured by the doctor, laer an antibiotic cream like mupirocin will be given along with oral antibiotic course

If it is big and no fluid inside, you can directly try with antibiotic cream with the doctor's prescription.

Hope that helps

Hello

I see that you have had this for several years.

That is not a blood blister.

And it would not be something that would simply need to be drained.

It would probably come back.

It probably needs to be removed.

Please attach a picture and I can give you a more extensive answer.
