Well, having pain at right lower side of abdomen can come from a few causes. These are-1. Appendicitis- It can occur due to infection or obstruction in the appendix. 2. Urinary infection, or kidney stone 3. Colitis or inflammation of intestines.Appendix pain is usually acute. It starts with aching pain that begins around your belly button and often shifts to your lower right abdomen. Also such pain can becomes sharper over several hours. It is associated with tenderness that occurs when one apply pressure to your lower right abdomen.
This is associated with nausea, bloating. The cause of appendicitis isn't always clear. It can occur due to infection or obstruction in the appendix.To make a diagnose, you need to undergo--Blood tests-Urine test-Ultrasound of abdomenA physical examination should be done by doctor.You should not delay and rush to ER ASAP for immediate evaluation.

As you said, that appendix was already out, So most likely cause is- Kidney stone.
It has to be diagnosed with Ultrasound of abdomen, and clinical examination by doctor.Take plenty of fluids, and take Tab motrin twice a day. If the pain is severe , then painkiller injections can be given Also anti-spasmodic medication will be prescribed.If pain is not controlled, please rush to ER.It is time to see Physician for evaluation and get it managed.Good luck and take care.

Such pain in abdomen, which becomes severe after eating could also be associated with gastritis.
Excess secretion of gastric acid would cause such pain.
Take Syp. Pepto-Bismol 2tsf thrice a day after meals. Take Zantac 150mg twice a day. Both of these are OTC drugs.
Also you should remain away from stress. Practice Yoga and meditation to relax yourself.
Please follow above measures, and see your doctor for clinical evaluation.
