So, here's what I plan to eat for next 2 weeks staying away from greens and fish foods.
Egg and Cheese Omelette, muffins, instant coffee, jams, butter,pancakes
Smoothies and salads: Red Apples, Red ball peppers, carrots, bananas, strawberries, blue and black berries, carrots, red beats, corn, raisins, quinoa, nuts and grains, red beets, beans (except red kidney), chicken, beef, goat, rice, cheese pizza
Does any of above contain significant iodine. Or, is the list generally acceptable. Thank you.
