it sounds like you had an MRI scan of your abdomen which showed some hemorrhagic or proteinaceous cysts in the kidney.

these types of cyst are very common in the kidney and 99.99% of the time, they are benign.

your radiologist can use a Bosniak classification system to tell how worried they are about your kidney cysts.

usually hemorrhagic or proteinaceous cysts are Bosniak level 2 and have a 0% chance of malignancy

I would not be worried about these cysts.
