Can and enlarged pituitary gland cause a 11/12 year old girl who started her period at 10 have transgender or fluid gender issues?

No.

This would not cause transgender issues.

That is set at birth as far as we know.

It would however, have hormonal effects if there is an adenoma that is secreting a hormone.

This would not make someone transgender, but might make them ill.

What is an adenoma?

It is a benign tumor of the pituitary.

However, some of them can secrete hormones.
