It would be ideal for you to have Barium swallow to diagnose it so that appropriate treatment may be offered to you .

many issues can cause foul breath.
not drinking enough water.
poor teeth and gingivitis inflammation of your gums or dental cavities or chronic dry mouth.
H Pylori bacterial infections of the stomach can cause bad breath.
excessive stomach acid and acid reflux.
usually gall stones don't cause bad breath.
have you had these other issues checked for causes of your bad breath?
