I have extreme severe fatigue after exercising. It can last for days. Even a short walk. This has actually been going on for years and has gotten worse through the years. I have exercised all of my life.
The fatigue is so debilitating that I'm hoping u have any ideas.
My thyroid is normal.
Have a leaky heart valve but was told that's not it.I keep thinking it's my heart.
I am already on a c pap. I take lotsa naps and sleep 9 hours a nite.
Could I have endocrine issues?
I did have a serious bout of MRSA following hip surgery a couple of years ago.( I think??? I feel better when there is nothing around my waist. Can't wait to get my clothes off??)
If I even take a short walk I need to
Sleep after wards. Sometimes I think I'm gonna just fad away...die?
Since my hip surgery I have to push to pee....?
I am 74 years old. Have always paid attention to good nutrition. I am not overweight. Ran everyday for 15 years in my 40s..n 50s.
