I HAVE A TAVR AORTIC VALVE WHICH WHEN FIRST INSERTED WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO CLOSE THE AORTIC OPENING SO ..... A SECOND VALVE WAS INSERTED INTO THE FIRST WHICH CLOSED THE OPENING TO ABOUT 95% ... DO I HAVE ANY CONCERNS? I AM ALMOST ALWAYS VERY TIRED OUTSIDE MY HOME.

This is Dr. DavidI am sorry you are still tired.you need an updated cardiac echocardiogram to check on your heart ejection fractionand to see how much aortic valve reguritation and to see what your ejection fraction is.if your ejection fraction is low, then this could be causing your fatiguebut other issues can cause fatigue such as anemia or low thyroid hormone levelshave you had a cardiac echocardiogram after your TAVR valve replacement procedure?
