I am 68 years old. I have been working out diligently as well

Customer Question

I am 68 years old. I have been working out diligently as well as working a full day. Lately I have experienced extreme tightness and pain in both sides of my neck (could have been related to both workout and yoga). I found out that I had a mild form of rosecea and I have been taking 40 mg of antibiotics daily, however, because of stomach distress, I have stopped.
Bot***** *****ne, my body aches, my neck hurts and I have some stomach issues (slight diarrhea). I had a flu shot in September. I do have allergies (mold) and the weather has been rainy and humid.
What seems to be the problem?
