My daughter-in-law had an ultrasound that indicated she has calcification in 4 lymph nodes in the arm area right above the upper breast. These lymph nodes have been swollen and bothersome since the time she was four years old. She is now 24. What might be causing this?

Greetings Calcified lymph nodes in this area can have a number of etiologies. Old healed infection in the surrounding is very common, but tumor are always to be considered and investigated.
