Hi and welcome.High temperature can lead to heat exhaustion and dehydration. Which can be possible reason of head ache and mood changes. The best defense is to keep hydrated. Clear glass contains silica, sand, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate, these can lead to respiratory problems.Infrared and ultraviolet radiation released by the furnaces are less obvious eye hazards. The damage caused by these hidden hazards won't be noticed right away, but extended exposure can cause cataracts. Safety glasses with infrared and ultraviolet filters should always be worn.I would suggest you to get a complete physical checkup so that anything causing problems can be identified and addressed timely.

Thanks for reply. You need a prescription medication after a thorough examination. You can go to your primary doctor for that. You can take tylenol for headaches. Take lots of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.Let me know if you have further questions.
